The services are for the Capital Allocation team within Eskom Group, responsible for The Evaluation, Prioritisation, And Recommendation of Capital Investment Proposals. The training will support team members involved in capital planning, investment analysis, and preparation of reports submitted to EXCO and the Investment and Finance Committee (IFC), as well as other stakeholders involved in capital budgeting and strategic resource allocation processes.
